The travel agreement. The travel agreement between a client (after this being called a traveller) and Fiets-Fun is effected by the traveller's acceptance of the offer of Fiets-Fun. The one who in the name of or on behalf of somebody else, accepts the travel agreement, is severally liable for all the obligations that result from the agreement. Every other traveller is liable for its own part. In the conditions, Fiets-Fun is the travel agent and all the booked participants are the traveller.

To make a reservation. A reservation is being made by reception of the signed reservation form or by telephonic statement. The travel agent confirms in writing the acceptation of the application by means of a confirmation/ invoice. Only exceptionally, it is possible to depart the published travel offers. In such a case, the possible communication cost and additional booking cost will be invoiced. Such departs are only part of the agreement, after they have been confirmed in writing by Fiets-Fun.

Payments. After realization of the travel agreement, the traveller has to pay a down payment within 8 days. The amount of the down payment equals 35% of the total travel sum, with a minimum amount of 65,- euro per person. Possible premiums for insurances are not included here. The rest amount has to be payed to Fiets-Fun 8 weeks before the arrival date at the latest. Bookings within 8 weeks before arrival, the total amount of the travel sum has to be paid by return.

Prices. The published travel sums are valid per person, unless otherwise stated. The amounts are based on prices, surcharges, conditions and taxes being known, when the programme was pressed (nov. 2006). The travel agent is not responsible for apparant errors and mistakes in the travel programme and/ or attachments.

Modifications by the traveller. Up to 28 days before departure, the traveller can request for a modification in the travel agreement. Fiets-Fun is allowed to charge 15,- euro modification cost for this. After this period modification is not possible anymore in general. Fiets-Fun will inform you by return if the request will be accepted.

Cancellation by the traveller. (in accordance with the valid rules within the travel business in general)

Cancellation within 42 days before day of arrival: 30% of the travel sum, with a minimum of 65,- euro per person.

Cancellation till the 28^th day before arrival: 60% of the travel sum, with a minimum of 65,- per person.

Cancellation till the day before arrival: 90% of the travel sum

Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the travel sum.

Substitution. In case of one or more applied travellers is unable to take part of the trip, they can be substituted by other persons. The request has to be submitted within 7 days before departure. Administration cost and/or communication cost can be charged for this.

Duration of the trip. The duration of the tripis mentioned in days. On the day of arrival you can dispose of the booked facilities from 2.00 p.m. The last travel day ends at 10.30 a.m. The hire of the bikes is also valid for these times. The bikes can already be picked up on the evening before departure.

Travel documents. The required travel documents will be sent to you within 2 weeks before arrival date at the latest. You have to have a valid passport or tourist identity card at the routes, that pass the border.

Liability. The travel agent is liable for the good execution of the obligations that result from the travel agreement. This applies to himself, as well as for others that have been called in by him. Fiets-Fun do not accept liability for damage, that should be secured by travel and/or cancellation insurances. All the time, you will be responsible for damage to or loss of the hired bikes.

Reservation/ modification of the travel scheme. The routes and the places for the overnight stays can be adjusted without prior notice, because of local circumstances and/ or improvements of the programme. If the modifications are drastic, you get notice by return, with the right to cancel without any cost.

Obligations for the traveller. The traveller is obligated to observe all the instructions of Fiets-Fun to improve a good realisation of the trip. He is liable for damage caused by his unallowed behaviour, to be evaluated to the standard of the behaviour of a good traveller. The traveller, who will pose such a threat or can pose such a threat, that a good execution of the trip will be hindered very much, can be excluded of further continuation. All the cost that will result from this are for the account of the traveller, in case of and as far as the consequences of hindrance and trouble can be imputed to him.

Equipment. Severe damage to the hired bikes or theft of the bikes are for your own risk. A credit of 50,- euro per bike can be requested at your arrival, that will be returned to you at the end of the trip, in case there is no damage. The material of the tent is covered against damage caused by normal use and sufficient care. The standard equipment, such as bikes and tents can be replaced by comparable or better equipment.

Luggage. All the luggage and personal properties will be the risk of the traveller all the time. The travel agent does not accept liability for loss or damage to your luggage and personal properties, whatever way it has been caused. All the participants of the trips of the travel agent are considered to effect a travel insurance for the risks that are covered by the standard travel accident- and luggage insurances. The transport of 2 pieces of personal luggage between the stands of the trips is included, with a maximum of 25 kg each. The driver has the right to refuse a surplus of luggage.

Complaints. Fiets-Fun will do his utmost to realize a successfull holiday for you. Noted irregularities during the trip have to be maken known as soon as possible to the travel organisation. They will strive for a suitable solution. If the complaint is not dissolved satisfactory, it should be lodged in writing and motivated within one month after the end of the trip. If the trial of the complaint still is not dissolved satisfactory to the traveller after this, the competent judge can be retained within 3 months after the trip.
